Private postsecondary institutions operating in Georgia must meet and maintain certain standards of quality in order to receive authorization to offer or provide training or course work. The Georgia Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission (GNPEC) and the institutions it authorizes share a common goal of providing quality educational programming. If problems arise, the individual filing the complaint (complainant) should begin by making every attempt to achieve a fair and reasonable solution via the institutions published complaint procedure.
If a fair and reasonable resolution cannot be reached through these processes, the individual may file a complaint with GNPEC.
